    It is a diagnostic kit that can detect leptospirosis infection by detecting leptospira antigen for the first time in the word as the on-site rapid qualitative diagnostic kit. Low concentrations of leptospira can be detected by developing specific monoclonal antibodies to leptospira cells and dripping a small amount of blood without sample pre-treatment. Also, the kit can detect IgM antibodies to leptospira, which can predict the progression of the disease.

    It is the world’s first simultaneous diagnosis kit of typhoid and paratyphoid with the principle of immunochromatography applied. It isolates and purifies typhoid and paratyphoid specific antigens, and diagnoses infectious diseases caused by typhoid and paratyphoid bacteria among more than 2,500 salmonella serotypes with 3㎕ of blood, not fecal, which enables control, prevention, and epidemiological investigation of infectious diseases by the national defense system by distinguishing typhoid and paratyphoid at the time of salmonella infection.
